Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Unopened Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for products that are unopened and in their original packaging.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent, customers may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or partially used packs cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers must follow the retailer’s return policy.
Refunds and Replacements:
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Replacements: If the customer opts for a replacement, it will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping:
- Faulty or Incorrect Products: Return shipping is free, and a prepaid return label will be provided.
- Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal preference.
